This design is dedicated to sprinters Tommie Smith and John Carlos who gave the Black Power salute during the medal ceremony at the Olympics on Oct. 16, 1968. ... As a result, the two were ordered suspended from the American team and banned from the Olympic Village. This design is limited to 250 pieces only. Unlike our other t-shirts, this will not be reprinted and once it has sold out will become a collectors item.
